Weeks 5-6 PLL 2020 Tour

Over the past week, the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) has announced the next two locations for its 2020 season tour.

For the week 5 portion of the tour, the league will head down to Dallas, Texas, for the first time in league history. Games will be played at the Ford Center at The Star on the 4th and 5th of July. The league is very excited to be bringing the game to this new market, the main goal to spread lacrosse.

“The Star has created opportunities to showcase lacrosse at all levels," says Dallas Cowboys EVP of Business Operations Chris Estis, "and we are confident that the event will draw a great turnout for not just lacrosse fans, but all of our passionate sports fans in the North Texas area.” The PLL is excited for its first tour in Dallas and it will be a great weekend of lacrosse.

For the next location on the tour, the PLL has decided to travel to Minneapolis, Minnesota. The games will be played at the TCO Stadium and will take place on the 11th and 12th of July. This is exciting news for the PLL, bringing the game to yet another new destination.

Broadening the horizons of the league is what the PLL intends to do with the locations this season, and with the first 6 locations announced, this is exactly what they are doing.

The game is growing and with these next 2 locations announced the league has continued to journey into uncharted territory. The games played in Dallas and Minneapolis are going to for sure be ones to look forward too.

More future locations will be announced over the next several months.
