The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) followed its PLL Championship Series announcement on Wednesday with plans for the 2020 PLL College Draft, which is set to be held on Wednesday evening, March 13, at 7 p.m. EST and will be broadcasted on NBC Sports Network.

The draft was originally scheduled for April 21, but after uncertainty around the COVID-19 pandemic and the NCAA decision to grant all spring-sport student-athletes another year of athletic eligibility, the league chose to postpone the draft to a later date. The draft has been flexed from four rounds to two rounds as a result, and the league's seven head coaches can only select players that are graduating and not returning to school on the NCAA's extra year of eligibility. Therefore, players such as TD Ierlan, who was picked first overall in the MLL College Draft and returning to Yale, and Michael Sowers, who was selected 28th overall and transferring to Duke, will not be available to select.
All traded picks from the 2019 season and 2020 offseason for the 2020 College Draft have been transferred to apply in the 2021 PLL College Draft. The league did not say whether teams can trade picks between now and the draft on Wednesday evening.
The selection order is as follows:
