The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) will be holding three separate drafts before the 2020 season begins. Here is what we know:

The Expansion Draft will take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, and will be available on YouTube to watch at home. The league's newest team, Waterdogs LC, will select a total of 18 players from an Unprotected Roster pool determined by the league's other six teams. No more than 4 players can be selected off a single team's roster, and Waterdogs head coach Andy Copelan does not have a cap on the number of players he drafts at a certain position.
The Entry Draft is scheduled for March 16, 2020. Each of the seven clubs will participate in a two-round draft where they will select players from a pool of professionals that did not play in the PLL’s inaugural season. The draft order will be determined by a weighted lottery based on the 2019 season finish.
The PLL College Draft will be available live on NBC Sports on April 21, 2020. The draft will last 4 rounds and all seven clubs will participate. The Archers won the privilege to select first overall when they beat Atlas in the First Overall Draft Pick game as a part of the league’s unique playoff format. The league hasn’t announced where the Waterdogs will be selecting in the draft.
The league will be providing more information in the weeks leading up to each event, and we will make sure we relay it all to you.
