PLL announces partnership with Ticketmaster

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) announced last week that Ticketmaster, the global leader in advanced ticketing technology, will become the league’s Presenting Sponsor and Official Ticketing Partner.

The news was first reported by Bloomberg on Thursday. The league will be officially known as the Premier Lacrosse League Powered by Ticketmaster.

“Ticketmaster’s audience reach, innovative technology and network of venue partners are unparalleled,” said league co-founder and Atlas midfielder Paul Rabil. “We’re going to generate tremendous value from their suite of services through targeted marketing, campaigns and customer analytics for both lacrosse fans and net new sports fans.”

Ticketmaster will provide the league with an array of marketing services and industry-leading technology, including Ticketmaster’s in-house LiveAnalytics team that provides data analysis for clients. By utilizing Ticketmaster Presence™ and SafeTix™, the league hopes to increase the game experience for fans and make the ticket-buying process easier.

Ticketmaster will also become the presenting partner of the Premier Zone, the league’s pre and postgame fan hub, and the PLL Podcast Studios.
